“Your path is illuminated by the light, yet darkness lets the stars shine bright.” ~W Brooks

The Winter Solstice is one of the most potent rituals of renewal.  The longest darkness of the year offers a time to turn inward and contemplate the nature of your being… and the complimentary energies, the fire and light, offer up hope.  It’s a time of fortification.  It is the true “new year” encouraging us to truly let go, honor and bring closure to the past year and ignite our deepest visions

and desires for new beginnings.

Don’t miss this evening of Vinyasa Flow Yoga and intention setting through journaling with Cindy accompanied by the tribal heartbeat of djembe drumming by Chris Powers as we collectively welcome and celebrate the return of the Mid-Winter Sun.

What to expect this special evening:
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Chanting Mantra
Intention setting journaling ritual
Live drumming

Limited to 20 participants
This is a moderate level vinyasa flow class and is not ideal for raw beginners.  Basic knowledge of Sun Saulutations is recommended.
