All weekly classes are on a DROP-IN basis.  Most classes fill very quickly.  Arrive early to secure your space.
Gentle and Flow classes limited to 25 students.
Restorative classes limited to 15 students.

Gentle Yoga with MeriLynn

ALL LEVELS

Beginners and experienced practitioners can expect gentle stretching, basic yoga postures including standing, twists and gentle back bends.  Informative instruction on the use of props, breath work and meditation.

SUP Yoga with Rachael (PRE-REGISTRATION Required!)
May 25 @ 9:00 am – 10:30 am

A 90 minute session which includes an introduction to paddleboarding, a short paddle journey, and an hour of guided yoga on the boards. Immerse yourself in nature, connecting mind and body as we flow through yoga poses with the water beneath us and the sky above. A beautiful way to harmonize body and spirit. This is an all levels yoga class that is suitable for new and beginner paddlers. No SUP experience is needed, just a yearning for adventure and fun out on the water!

Circle of Light Meditation with Frannie Hoffman

You are invited to experience this profound and powerful evening as Frannie authentically shares her gift of presence, assisting you in awakening your spirit and activating the spark of consciousness within.  This months meditation will be focused on touching the stillness underneath the chaos… Come on this healing journey.

We learn that when we meet with our hearts, our spirits, our vulnerabilities and our struggles we can open up to receiving the answers from within.

Beach Yoga: New Moon Tribal Flow with Rachael

The cycle of the New Moon is an auspicious time to plant seeds, set intentions and create new beginnings.  Harness this New Moon energy of manifestation with a flowing beach yoga class incorporating journaling and spiritual rituals to live the life of your dreams.  All levels welcome!

Bring a sheet or towel.  Studio yoga mats are not available for beach yoga.

Location: The tranquil setting of Tortuga Inn’s new state-of-the-art 1000 sq. ft. Pergola.
Tortuga Inn is located at 1325 Gulf Drive, Bradenton Beach.

Breathe fresh sea air.
Practice while viewing the turquoise waters of the gulf.
Relax in body and mind surrounded by nature.

Flow yoga with alternating teachers

Moderate level

Expect classic yoga postures including sun salutations, standing and balancing poses, followed by floor work.
We will use the breath to flow mindfully, connecting each pose to the next with awareness.  While uniting the body and mind we stretch, strengthen, energize and relax.  Variations and modifications are giving for multi levels .

Some experience is recommended.

Taking time out each day to relax and rejuvenate is essential to well being.  This nurturing yoga practice focuses of restorative postures designed to gently stretch and rehabilitate muscles and joints.  Coupled with deep breath work and yoga therapeutics this class provides and opportunity for healing the body, soothing the nervous system and quieting the mind.

Due to the extensive use of props the class is limited to 15 students.
